Vintage Circus Dress

Found this fabulous vintage costume dress at an estate sale! She's lovely but could use a spa day. She's in good condition structurally and well-made. I would guess the era to be 60's or 70's judging from the seams and general construction. Still, it's hard to tell when something is homemade. The zipper is metal and the pull is broken. The zipper is totally fine, you just have to remove the pull and pop in a new one. The one on there is usable, it's just hard to grab and pull. You could even replace it with a safety pin. The sequin detail around the neck is loose and missing a few. Also, the underskirt looks like it once had some little bows glued to it and most have fallen off. I would suggest replacing them with another detail and either stitching them on or using a better glue. I added a light petticoat underneath to give it some fullness. The petticoat isn't included and it looks great with or without. There is also a stiff muslin under-under-skirt ruffle (see photo 5) 
The fabric is thick satin and has no stretch. 
 
Fits my small dress form nicely and her measurements are: bust 35 waist 26 and hip 35.
I would say if your bust and waist measurements are close this would fit you!
