"Ghost Ship"
Do they know they were lost at sea? And now, forever bound and tethered to the ship that sails the endless ocean. They've become one with their vessel, in tattered sails and entangled in its ropes.
I've been wanting to create a costume inspired by this haunting and somber theme so a couple years now and really hoped what's always been in my head was conveyed in reality. Happy to say it's exactly what I wanted it to be.
I used a lot of techniques in this piece. I did a lot of hand dying, painting, sculpting, braiding, tying, knotting...experimenting. I used a mix of grey and silver crystals to create the feel of barnacles or old, patina metals.It's a bit costume and a bit textile art I think!
*I left some of the dangly pieces long but you can easily clip them shorter if you need to!
- Pearl Mystique spandex, powernet, stretch detailing and trims.
- Leotard is fully lined, regular cut leotard bottom, princess seams for shaping.
- Power net skirt. Skirt is partial with split in front and back.
- Rhinestone embellishment throughout.
- washing instruction: hand wash cool water, roll in towel, hang to dry

- I accept returns on unworn items.
- Please contact me as soon as you receive your item if you are unsatisfied.
- I do not offer alterations on ready to wear items, however, a simple alteration is easy and affordable by your local dry cleaner or seamstress.
- I do not accept returns on obviously worn items or if you contact me with fit issues well after the delivery date.
