"Sea Maiden"

Inspired by the whimsy of George Meiliés films of the turn of the century. I wanted to create a weathered mermaid with barnicles encrusted with pearls and rhinestones. I created these fabrics with stencils and airbrushing on metallic spandex.
* headpiece is not included.
- Stretch metallic spandex is fully lined. "Fin" flounces and nude areas are metallic powernet. The upper body is lined in nude spandex.
- Gold trim is stretch. Lace, sequin applique and crystal/pearl embellishments throughout.
- Leotard has a rhinestone and metal clasp closure.
- Washing instruction: hand wash cool water, roll in towel, hang to dry
