Inspired by dancing shadows and glowing candlelight. This might be one of my favorite pieces I've created to date. I created the fabrics by airbrushing, dying, painting, and manipulating fabrics. I love the challenge of making ordinary fabrics look aged and mysterious. I really put thought into creating the illusion of shadow play and making the stars look dimansional with motion.
*Only 2 of these costumes exists. One has already sold.
- hand dyed mystique spandex and powernet, heat set sequins, crystal embellishment, star applique
- costume is fully-lined. Straps are handmade and adjustable. Booty is full-coverage.
- Washing instruction: hand wash cool water, roll in towel, hang to dry
