"Summer of Love" upcycle

Sometimes I find a fabric so fabulous I decide to keep it simple and sweet. Thrifted this dress (which was actually pretty great but not my style) and loved the print so much! It has a groovy 60's vibe but it's also Victorian. I like that depending on how it's styled, it could go either way! Luckily, with simplicity can come a kind price point. I have enough fabric to possibly make 2 more if you miss out of need a different size. 
 
4-way stretch velvet and spandex.
Upper is drafted from a vintage bra pattern. 
Bottoms are vintage cut.
Hand dyed straps can be worn crossed or straight. 
Upper costume and center panel is fully lined. 
Crystal embellishments. Bow is firmly tacked down.
Washing instruction: hand wash cool water, roll in towel, hang to dry

S: bust 32-37" waist 26-30” hip 32-37" girth 58-61
M: bust 36-40” waist 28-33” hip 36-41” girth 61-65
L: bust 38-43” waist 30-35” hip 38-43” girth 62-66
 
S fits my small form. 
form measures- bust 35" waist 26" hip 35" girth 58"
 
M fits my medium form. The L also fits but a tad loose.
bust 38" waist 29" hip 38" girth 62"
