"Twyla" aerial costume is from my "Seance Series". Inspired by summoning a flapper ghost, I came up with Twyla. She's gorgeous and haunting. I played with the idea of a once-beautiful dress that has deteriorated as the apparition takes over. The body of the costume has two layers. The under layer is tight against the body and is nude opaque spandex with skeletal airbrushing. The overlayer is sheer stretch fabric and has the same airbrushing. The effect is really floating and interesting. You can see it in the video!
- Nude opaque spandex, stretch glissennette, stretch metallic velvet, lace applique, stretch lace, hematite rhinestone embellishment. Bottoms are fully lined stretch metallic distressed velvet.
- Airbrushing and distressing for a dark, aged look.
- Fringe can be clipped to any length.
